2016 Eucharistic Procession on Corpus Christi

Today we held our third annual Corpus Christi Procession, a joint effort between our Ordinariate parish Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary and a nearby Roman Catholic parish St. George’s.  We had the honor of having the Papal Nuncio Archbishop Luigi Bonazzi celebrate Mass this morning and process with us.  We  stopped at several stations, including outside Annunciation.

I sincerely hope that the use of the word “parish” here is not a slip, and I congratulate you and your congregation on your elevation to that status!

We are not officially a parish according to canon law or whatever. I think we are a quasi-parish, but for the sake of blogging purposes, we are a parish.

        Deborah,

Okay, thank you for the clarification.

        Norm.

        P. S.: It’s great to see that this blog is active again!

Your repostings of texts of spiritual value are of course welcome, but these messages can be found elsewhere by the assiduous while news about your parish and indeed the Canadian Deanery of the OCSP as a whole is hard, if not impossible, to come by. Naturally visibility has its drawbacks and pitfalls, but from an evangelistic standpoint INvisibility has no advantages whatsoever.
